As a coach, I follow the philosophy captured in Lao Tzu’s words: “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.” My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and habits to take ownership of your health and fitness journey, creating progress that lasts well beyond our time working together.
With certifications as an IKFF Kettlebell Teacher, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, Functional Training Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutritionist, I bring a well-rounded approach to help you unlock your potential. My passion for training was ignited by Pavel Tsatsouline and his simple, effective methods for building strength. Along my journey, I’ve learned from the best—mentors like Steve Cotter, who introduced me to the art of kettlebell flow, and Dan John, whose writings taught me to view training as a straightforward task: just do the work and move forward with life.
We’ll focus on mastering the essentials—squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and carrying—because these movements form the foundation of strength, resilience, and long-term success.
