My name is Levente and I am here to guide you, teach you and work closely with you to upgrade your fitness regardless of where you are in life, using kettlebells as our primary tool for strengthening and conditioning the body.
I’m an IKFF Certified Kettlebell Teacher lvl1, a Certified Personal Trainer, Aerobic and Fitness Instructor as well as a Functional Training Specialist based in Romania. My passion and inspiration for training was ignited by Pavel Tsatsouline and his simplistic approach to become strong. In my quest and education I followed the teachings of people who coached the best, were the best and are the best in what they do. Steve Cotter has opened my eyes to the beauty of flow with Kettlebell Sport training. Dan John’s writings have made me look at training as a task rather than anything else - just do it and get on with life.
The last few years I’ve been on a mission to optimize and simplify training in order to better understand what it takes to increase performance both in and out of sport. Working with athletes has helped me understand the importance of the basics and that often what is lacking is the most essential element to look at. I learned that the most important aspect of any kind of training is to get very good at the basics.
What I can promise you is that I will offer you the best possible plan to get you to your goal and that in 6 months from starting your training with me you will be very good at the basics: Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull and Loaded Carry.
I walked the talk and got strong. Then I got agile. Later I got fast. With the help of these qualities I opened the doors of endurance. And so shall you if you truly desire it!
